Introduction
A private pilots licence can be your first step to becoming a commercial airline pilot or autonomously a leisure licence to enable you to fly single engine aircraft anywhere in the world.
The training consists of flying hours and ground school exams,
you don't have to be Einstein to get a Private Pilot Licence and the standards required are obtainable by most people, regardless of
age, gender, intellect or background.

If you're worried about the cost of the Private Pilot Licence escalating as you train or just want a more transparent view of costs then taking a package deal is the answer, if a package deal isn't for you then take pay as you fly Flying Lessons at a rate that is one of the lowest in the country.

While there are many PPL package deals available they are not all created equal, even out in the USA the bargain price can be deceptive, once you add on flight costs, visa requirements / hassles and that once you return to the UK you are undoubtedly going to need some UK familiarisation training then the cost saving very quickly disappears.

Whats the damage !
You may want to compare PPL package prices, we have, what has become very obvious is that no package actually includes everything you need, either small print appears or items are just omitted to make it look like a better deal
During price hunting we have found no package that has a TRUE lower cost than ours taking into account all that is included in our pack.

PA38 Piper Tomahawk
The PA38 is a two seater training aircraft. The PA38 is made by Piper is the USA, it is the most popular low wing training aircraft in the world mostly due to its easy of handling,
inbuilt stability and forgiving nature.
- Cessna 152
Cessna 152 is also a 2 seater US made aircraft with the same benefits but it is a high wing aircraft.
- Piper PA28 or Cessna 172. These are 4 seater aircraft that can be used for training
or taking others flying after you pass your PPL, these aircraft are available but they are not part of this pack.
Other types can be arranged, or your own aircraft. |

Already Started your training?
If you have already started your training and would like to switch then thats no problem, we make sure all your flying lesson hours done so far are counted and even your membership with your old school is honoured however long it is. After an assessment flight we can give you an honest view of effort required to complete your licence. We well create a detailed personalised training plan so you can measure your progress and see when and how you will complete your training right up to the flight test and PPL licence issue.

Q: Can I reduce the cost of the pack by removing elements I don"t need?
A: Yes if you already have some hours or flight equipment we can tailor the package for your personal requirements.
Q: People say you get what you pay for and if it's cheap there must be a reason.
A: We are not cheap because we cut corners, we are one of, if not the cheapest as we hunt all the training organisations to bring you the best deals but we never compromise on quality.
Q: When can I start ?
A: Normally we can start you training within 7 days but we would recommend you obtain your medical first.
Q: Where can I flying from?
A: Any number of North west airfields including Liverpool, Wolverhampton and other local airfields.

Dependencies
Will I get my Private Pilot Licence within the package content ?
While we would love to guarantee this it is dependant on a number of factors:
- The work you put in to the lessons and ground school
- How often you fly
- Personal ability
- Many students pass their PPL in minimum hours and the standards / exams / hours allocated are very realistic and obtainable for the majority of people.

Next steps

It is highly recommended that you get your
class 2 medical before you start any training as any problems in this department would stop you gaining your PPL.

- CAA Licence issue fee (this has to be paid directly to the CAA)
- Extra training above the package specified
- CAA class 2 medical (this has to be paid at time of medical to a CAA AME)

Other terms and conditions:
- Additional flying hours over and above 45 are not included
- If the course is terminated then all costs accrued so far will be chargeable at the non discounted rate.
- Course is available as full time or part time, however if it spans more than 6 months and cost prices are increased then the pack cost is subject to change.
